Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: Our advocates respond in minutes because the ask through SlapFive is so lightweight. Sales stopped asking me for 'any customer' and started self-serving from the SlapFive boards. Would be great to see deeper CRM integration, but what's there already saves us real time.
