Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: SlapFive let us spread reference requests across dozens of willing advocates instead of the same few. Our exec team finally sees advocacy as a real growth lever instead of a nice-to-have. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
