Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: Being able to show leadership hard engagement numbers made the case for this program on its own. Our advocates respond in minutes because the ask through SlapFive is so lightweight. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
