Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — SlapFive is one of the few line items where I can point to a hard number instead of a guess. SlapFive's team has been responsive even with our unusual, industry-specific requests. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
