Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: We've gone from a handful of exhausted go-to references to a much wider, sustainable rotation. We've captured more usable customer content in the past year than in several years before it. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
