Quick feedback on SlapFive: Sales stopped asking me for 'any customer' and started self-serving from the SlapFive boards. SlapFive's frequency caps mean nobody feels over-asked, so the program actually holds up over time. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
