Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: SlapFive made it easy enough to say yes that our story count grew on its own. Every reference call we run through SlapFive has a clear line back to a deal, so the ROI case makes itself. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
