Quick feedback on SlapFive: Being able to show leadership hard engagement numbers made the case for this program on its own. Accounts active in our SlapFive program churn noticeably less than accounts that aren't. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
