Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: SlapFive is one of the few line items where I can point to a hard number instead of a guess. Nobody on our team or our customer side needed training to get started with SlapFive. Reporting could use a couple more slice-and-dice options, but the core data is exactly what we need.
