Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — SlapFive let us spread reference requests across dozens of willing advocates instead of the same few. We've been able to tie SlapFive activity directly to closed pipeline, which made the budget conversation easy. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
