Quick feedback on SlapFive: I don't remember the last time I manually chased someone for a testimonial — SlapFive does that now. SlapFive is the first customer marketing tool we've rolled out where adoption wasn't a fight. Would be great to see deeper CRM integration, but what's there already saves us real time.
