Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: We can now show exactly how many deals had a SlapFive touchpoint before they closed. Advocates keep telling us the badges and leaderboard are a big part of why they stay engaged. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
