Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: We've been able to tie SlapFive activity directly to closed pipeline, which made the budget conversation easy. Whenever we've hit an edge case, SlapFive's team has actually understood the customer marketing context, not just the ticket. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
