Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: Getting set up took days, not months, which wasn't what I expected going in. We're capturing far more customer stories than we ever did before, across a much wider set of accounts. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
