Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: Deals move faster now that reps can find a relevant reference themselves in minutes. I've never felt like a ticket number with SlapFive support — they clearly know this space. Reporting could use a couple more slice-and-dice options, but the core data is exactly what we need.
