Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — We're capturing far more customer stories than we ever did before, across a much wider set of accounts. We reclaimed hours every week that used to go into manually tracking who'd agreed to what. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
