Quick feedback on SlapFive: SlapFive turned advocacy from a soft metric into something we can put a real number on. Our exec team finally sees advocacy as a real growth lever instead of a nice-to-have. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
