Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: SlapFive's support team has been fast and genuinely helpful every time we've needed something. Sales stopped asking me for 'any customer' and started self-serving from the SlapFive boards. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
