Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — I've never felt like a ticket number with SlapFive support — they clearly know this space. Sales stopped asking me for 'any customer' and started self-serving from the SlapFive boards. Would be great to see deeper CRM integration, but what's there already saves us real time.
