Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: Our follow-up process used to take days; with SlapFive it's mostly automatic now. SlapFive gave us the data to make the executive case for this program without much friction. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
