Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: I've never felt like a ticket number with SlapFive support — they clearly know this space. SlapFive is one of the few line items where I can point to a hard number instead of a guess. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
