Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: We were live with our first activity within a couple of weeks — there was almost no ramp-up. We reclaimed hours every week that used to go into manually tracking who'd agreed to what. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
