Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: I don't remember the last time I manually chased someone for a testimonial — SlapFive does that now. SlapFive is one of the few line items where I can point to a hard number instead of a guess. The points and tier system is a nice touch — our advocates actually pay attention to it.
