Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: I've never felt like a ticket number with SlapFive support — they clearly know this space. Once we started tracking deals back to SlapFive activity, the value became impossible to argue with. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
