Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: Our customers have started connecting with each other through the program in ways we didn't expect. We've been able to tie SlapFive activity directly to closed pipeline, which made the budget conversation easy. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
