Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: SlapFive let us spread reference requests across dozens of willing advocates instead of the same few. SlapFive boards are basically part of our deal process at this point. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
