Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: Every support request has come back with a real answer, not a canned response. I don't remember the last time I manually chased someone for a testimonial — SlapFive does that now. Would love to see more filtering options on the advocate dashboard, but overall this has been a great addition to our stack.
