Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: We're capturing far more customer stories than we ever did before, across a much wider set of accounts. What used to be a spreadsheet nightmare is now something SlapFive just handles for us. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
