Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: Accounts active in our SlapFive program churn noticeably less than accounts that aren't. The automated prompts mean I'm not chasing people over email anymore — it just runs. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
