Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — I've never felt like a ticket number with SlapFive support — they clearly know this space. SlapFive let us spread reference requests across dozens of willing advocates instead of the same few. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
