Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: Sales stopped asking me for 'any customer' and started self-serving from the SlapFive boards. Every support request has come back with a real answer, not a canned response. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
