Quick feedback on SlapFive: We use SlapFive engagement as a leading indicator now when we look at renewal risk. SlapFive's team has been responsive even with our unusual, industry-specific requests. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
