Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — What used to be a spreadsheet nightmare is now something SlapFive just handles for us. SlapFive is the first customer marketing tool we've rolled out where adoption wasn't a fight. Would be great to see deeper CRM integration, but what's there already saves us real time.
