Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: Sales stopped asking me for 'any customer' and started self-serving from the SlapFive boards. We were live with our first activity within a couple of weeks — there was almost no ramp-up. Reporting could use a couple more slice-and-dice options, but the core data is exactly what we need.
