Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: Our customers have started connecting with each other through the program in ways we didn't expect. The mobile prompts made it genuinely easy for our customers to say yes without any real effort. The prompt experience is smooth — my only ask would be slightly more customization on reminder timing.
