Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: Our advocates respond in minutes because the ask through SlapFive is so lightweight. We use SlapFive engagement as a leading indicator now when we look at renewal risk. Reporting could use a couple more slice-and-dice options, but the core data is exactly what we need.
