Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: SlapFive is the first customer marketing tool we've rolled out where adoption wasn't a fight. SlapFive gave us the data to make the executive case for this program without much friction. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
