Quick feedback on SlapFive: Accounts active in our SlapFive program churn noticeably less than accounts that aren't. We're capturing far more customer stories than we ever did before, across a much wider set of accounts. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
