Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: Every reference call we run through SlapFive has a clear line back to a deal, so the ROI case makes itself. Our sales team pulls references straight from SlapFive now instead of waiting on marketing. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
