Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: Sales stopped asking me for 'any customer' and started self-serving from the SlapFive boards. SlapFive turned what used to feel like a favor into something that feels like a community. Would be nice to bulk-export transcripts more easily, but that's a small ask against everything else.
