Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — I don't remember the last time I manually chased someone for a testimonial — SlapFive does that now. Our reference bench has grown several times over since we started using SlapFive. Reporting could use a couple more slice-and-dice options, but the core data is exactly what we need.
