Quick feedback on SlapFive: Our advocates respond in minutes because the ask through SlapFive is so lightweight. We use SlapFive engagement as a leading indicator now when we look at renewal risk. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
