Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: We were live with our first activity within a couple of weeks — there was almost no ramp-up. Our follow-up process used to take days; with SlapFive it's mostly automatic now. Reporting could use a couple more slice-and-dice options, but the core data is exactly what we need.
