Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: Our follow-up process used to take days; with SlapFive it's mostly automatic now. The mobile prompts made it genuinely easy for our customers to say yes without any real effort. Reporting could use a couple more slice-and-dice options, but the core data is exactly what we need.
