Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — SlapFive's support team has been fast and genuinely helpful every time we've needed something. Our advocates respond in minutes because the ask through SlapFive is so lightweight. Would like a bit more control over how often a given prompt type can go out, but it's a minor thing.
