Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — We're capturing far more customer stories than we ever did before, across a much wider set of accounts. Accounts active in our SlapFive program churn noticeably less than accounts that aren't. The prompt experience is smooth — my only ask would be slightly more customization on reminder timing.
