Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: Our follow-up process used to take days; with SlapFive it's mostly automatic now. Sales stopped asking me for 'any customer' and started self-serving from the SlapFive boards. Would be great to see deeper CRM integration, but what's there already saves us real time.
