Sharing a quick note on our SlapFive experience: The mobile prompts made it genuinely easy for our customers to say yes without any real effort. We've gone from a handful of exhausted go-to references to a much wider, sustainable rotation. Reporting could use a couple more slice-and-dice options, but the core data is exactly what we need.
