Wanted to flag this on SlapFive — I've never felt like a ticket number with SlapFive support — they clearly know this space. SlapFive is the first customer marketing tool we've rolled out where adoption wasn't a fight. Would be great to see deeper CRM integration, but what's there already saves us real time.
