Feedback from a recent SlapFive prompt: Accounts active in our SlapFive program churn noticeably less than accounts that aren't. Our advocates seem to genuinely enjoy the recognition and community side of the program, not just the ask. Reporting could use a couple more slice-and-dice options, but the core data is exactly what we need.
